A910 Solar Panel Tester
Servicing a measuring station should not be limited to checking and cleaning the sensors and the RTU, but should also include a check-up of the solar panel. After all it is the solar panel that charges the battery of the RTU to ensure its undisturbed operation.
With the A910 Solar Panel Tester such a check-up becomes a matter of seconds. Remove the protective cap of the device, connect the solar panel and direct it towards the sun or a strong source of light. Three extra-bright LED's indicate the output power delivered by the panel. Once only the red LED lights up, the panel needs replacement.
Mechanically the A910 Solar Panel Tester is protected by an unbreakable transparent PET case. The 5-pin Binder connector is well protected under a dust-proof cover, while the whole device is water proof. A convenient strap holder lets you attach a lanyard to make transport easy.
